e-RSB Internet Banking Sign-up 

To enroll click on the gold "e-RSB LOGIN HERE!" button on the left and then click on the "To Enroll - Click Here" button. Please note, it may take a few days for your enrollment to be processed. The steps for signing-up are explained as you go. If have any questions just give us a call: 319-279-3321. We would be happy to walk you through it at your house, at the Bank or over the phone. Enrolling on-line is easy but please keep in mind the following: 

1)   You will need to know your Social Security number (or EID, Tax ID number) as well as your primary account number such as a checking account, savings account, loan or CD number. 

2)   Please remember the "Preferred User Code" that you choose. To activate your e-RSB account you will need to enter this Code, or "code name", along with the "Temporary Password" which the Bank will provide. The Bank will send the "Temporary Password" a few days after you enroll. 

3)   SECURITY: Once activated you will be required to change and choose your own Password; which no one will know but you. Also, you will go through a one-time Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process consisting of a few security questions and naming (with a simple description, or "phrase") your "authentication image". If you don't see your "authentication image" after you enter your User Code, do not enter your Password and call the Bank for assistance.
